About NWARC

The New Westminster Amateur Radio Club, is an organization that was created to promote the exciting hobby of Amateur / Ham radio and emergency communications.

In 1996 the NWARC was formed and is a non-profit society organized to deliver communication services during emergencies. NWARC can provide qualified communications personnel to establish ad-hoc communication links where and when they are needed. NWARC augments the community's existing communication infrastructure, providing the additional capacity that is often needed during emergencies

organizing a summer flea market on Sunday, August 22nd at Campbell Valley
Park in Langley.

Attached is a flyer that provides full details. This email is
being send to you because we believe that you may be interested in renting a
table to sell ham radio equipment, or a tailgate spot where you can sell
from your vehicle or trailer. If not, then we hope you will come as a buyer
or just to socialize with fellow hams in a lovely park setting.

NWARC ranks #1 in Canada for Field Day 2009

We received notification today that the New Westminster Amateur Radio Club in cooperation with Coquitlam and Burnaby ranked #1 for points in the Field Day 2009 contest.
